Subject: ISLAMIC STATE
 

Dear Webmaster,

I am a very liberal Chinese and have been been following the recent
debates/speaches at PAS annual congress. While I like many of the
principles addressed, I am rather concerned about the ISLAMIC STATE
which I think is still very sensitive/divisive to many non-muslims.

While non-muslims have accepted Islam as the official religion and good
islamic practices, DO PAS STILL NEED TO PURSUE THE ISLAMIC
STATE AT THE COMING ELECTION together with other key issues,
viz. justice, democracy and good governance? Perhaps, PAS should go
slow on this for the time being......after the coming election, there will
be more time to educate voters on the ISLAMIC STATE.
